Recent months have been dominated by the drafting of the spatial-functional programme of requirements, which has now been adopted. Separately, the technical schedule of requirements is also being drawn up. This requires some investigations, such as a soil survey (see photo). For this purpose, the project team has also been temporarily expanded with an installation engineering consultant and a structural engineer.
The architect has started his first sketches and these will become more and more realistic and detailed in the coming months!
