Separately, the technical schedule of requirements is also being drawn up. This requires some investigations, such as a soil survey (see photo). For this purpose, the project team has also been temporarily expanded with an installation engineering consultant and a structural engineer. <br \/><br \/>The architect has started his first sketches and these will become more and more realistic and detailed in the coming months!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De afgelopen maanden hebben in het teken gestaan van het opstellen van het ruimtelijk-functionele programma van eisen, deze is inmiddels vastgesteld. Separaat wordt ook het technische programma van eisen opgesteld. Daarvoor moeten enkele onderzoeken uitgevoerd worden, zoals een bodemonderzoek (zie foto). Het projectteam is daarvoor ook tijdelijk uitgebreid met een installatie technische adviseur en constructeur.
